DIGINNO at platform project seminar

DIGINNO project was represented at a seminar organized by Interreg BSR Secretariat 13 Nov 2018 in Berlin. The aim was to inform about the 2nd call for platform project applications and discuss ideas for joint applications among the projects represented. DIGINNO at Global Forum 2018

DIGINNO was promoted at the Global Forum 2018, an international conference on digital transformation, 5-6 Nov 2018 in Copenhagen: http://globalforum.items-int.com/. Together with other BSR transnational initiatives the project was briefly introduced by Torben Aaberg, WP4 Lead, in the panel on “21st Century Regulatory Framework”.

DIGINNO co-organising international conference on the digital economy, sign-up now!

On 29-30 Nov 2018, Aalborg University Copenhagen (CMI) together with the DIGINNO project will organize the conference “Prospects and Challenges towards developing a Digital Economy within the EU”. In eight sessions international representatives for academia, business and politics will present and discuss prospects and challenges towards digitization initiatives within the EU in policy, technology, infrastructure and market contexts. Best practice will be identified and discussed. Two sessions will have a focus on the DIGINNO project. One session will introduce preliminary findings from WP2 and WP3. Can cross-border e-services soon be a real thing?

In October DIGINNO partners came together twice for two-day service design training sessions in Tallinn. The aim of this was to set the basis for developing cross-border e-services’ show-cases in the near future. The objective of the training sessions was for the partners to acquire similar methodological basis for developing cross-border services’ show-cases. With the help of the strategic design agency Velvet, project partners and involved experts in the field looked at how to analyze the current situation and find the main ‘pain points’ but also how to develop new solutions taking into account the users’ point-of-view.
